What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service and Product Delivery Representative position at SarTec Corporation?
Job Description: The main duties of this position are product production, equipment service, warehouse work, and product delivery. You will perform repair and service on SarTec’s grain conditioning and related equipment as directed by your supervisor.
-Mixing and production of SarTec products.
- Ability to routinely lift 50lbs, bend and load product.
-You will perform service calls as needed for all customers located in your territory and elsewhere as business may require.
-The current target for servicing each customer’s equipment located in your area is a minimum of once a month. This may be subject to change as needed and more trips may be required.
-You will be expected to fill out a detailed electronic service report for each feedlot visit and send it to SarTec. This form may be filled out electronically and emailed or by hand and mailed or faxed.
- Warehouse duties including toting products, storage, documentation, and cleaning.
-Assist with any building and grounds maintenance.
-Monitor product inventory and co-ordinate product shipments with the Anoka office.
-Deliver product to all customers in your territory and call-in deliveries to SarTec Anoka office.
-Monitor electronic product levels to make sure that no customer ever runs out of product.
-Perform routine maintenance and service on the delivery truck.
- A CDL license is not required but would be beneficial.
- Other duties as directed by your supervisor.
*Occasional climbing up on feed mills, which can vary in height*
