The Cuisine:

Alfred Portale will lead the culinary direction as the Chef managing Partner. The uniquely crafted menu hones in on a specialty to set the tone for the fine dining experience. Building off the foundation of offering specialized meats, Sartiano’s establishes itself as an authentic Italian restaurant.

The Role:

The Barback will be responsible for assisting the bartenders in providing quality service to all guests who come to Sartianos. They will be expected to support the team as needed, and taking direction from Management.

Qualifications & Disposition:

• Must have a minimum 1-year experience
• Passion for food and beverage operations
• Basic knowledge of wine and spirits
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all tines
• Flexible schedule based on the needs of Sartianos, their programming, and peak times
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
