We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques, including industrial painting and airless paint spraying. This role involves working on construction sites, renovating spaces, and restoring surfaces to their original condition. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or airless spray equipment.
- Execute trim carpentry tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of painted areas.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site.
- Assist with basic maintenance person tasks as required during projects.
Requirements
- Must be 18
- Must have reliable transportation (Car/Truck)
- Be able to work full time: 10hr days, 4 days a week
- Have good communication skills
- Be reliable and shows up
- Be willing to work
