Job Title: Strategic Process Management Leader
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Process Management Leader to join our BPM Customer Engagement department at Sartorius Stedim North America Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new business processes in cooperation with various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize existing business processes to ensure alignment with strategic corporate goals
- Develop and implement new business processes in cooperation with various departments
- Setup and implement process optimization projects, including communication and coordination of stakeholders involved
- Create process documentation and decision templates
- Support the introduction of process management tools and systems, and contribute to optimizing our existing system landscape
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- 3 years of proven professional experience in project or process management, or a comparable position
- Knowledge in sales and order process management
- Experience with Salesforce and/or SAP highly desirable
