Duties
- Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring all items are cleaned and presented neatly.
- Manage floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring.
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring all areas are sanitized effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
- Assist in housekeeping management tasks to ensure efficient operations within the home.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and products for various surfaces.
- Ability to cook basic meals or assist with meal preparation is a plus.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management principles is beneficial.
- Experience in hotel cleaning or similar environments is an advantage.
