Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee the operations and management of our property. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property leasing, customer relationship management, and office administration.
Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the property
- Accept and process rents, maintain records
- Maintain excellent customer relationships through effective communication and service
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations, including Section 8 housing guidelines
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for efficient maintenance tracking
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management or related field
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Proficiency in office administration tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of property leasing practices and procedures
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Familiarity with property laws and regulations, including Section 8 requirements
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
