Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and mechanically skilled Assembler with solid experience in hydraulic systems to join our production team. This role involves the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of heavy-duty machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hydraulic components, schematics, and system functionality, and will work hands-on to ensure all products are built to precise technical and safety standards.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Assemble heavy equipment (such as excavators, cranes, loaders, or similar) according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Install, route, and connect hydraulic hoses, fittings, cylinders, valves, and pumps.
- Perform pressure tests and functional checks on hydraulic systems to ensure proper operation and leak-free performance.
- Align and fit mechanical parts using hand tools, torque wrenches, and measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, gauges).
- Identify, diagnose, and repair issues in hydraulic or mechanical components during assembly.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to report deviations or suggest improvements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of assembly processes and inspection results.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Other tasks assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate or trade school education in hydraulics, mechanics, or industrial technology preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in heavy equipment or industrial machinery manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of hydraulic systems, including the ability to read hydraulic schematics and troubleshoot pressure/flow issues.
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, and fluid power tools and systems.

Work Hours (subject to change):
- Monday- Thursday 5a-3:30p
- Friday and Saturday- Overtime as needed
