Job Title: Blast/ Painter
Pay: $20-$22 hourly

Job Summary:
It is the responsibility of a Blast/ Painter for coating and painting products, sand blasting, and other tasks related to industrial coatings. Operate various types of equipment such as blast pots and spray guns.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Apply coating to completed products.
- Operate blast / paint booth controls.
- Periodically replace booth filters as needed.
- Operate shot blast system to remove slag from raw steel.
- Mix paint, use, maintain and clean paint gun to apply quality finish paint to product.
- Complete daily per-operation checklists for loader and forklift.
- Assist in other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Painting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Experience or willingness to learn & operate blast media unit & paint to products with paint gun.

Physical Abilities:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on a regular basis.
- Mobility: Ability to bend down to floor, pick up items, lift to table height, grasp materials, tools & fixtures with hands & manipulate safely into position as required by the blueprints and related fixtures.
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule:
- Monday- Thursday 5a-3:30p
- Friday and Saturday- Overtime as needed
