Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscaper to support regional landscaping projects for a well-established organization.
Key Responsibilities:

• Construct, install, repair, and remove structures such as rockwork, patios, walkways, steps, fences, planters, and erosion control features.
• Prepare landscaping areas by removing obstructions, grading, compacting soil, and restoring the site to its original condition post-construction.
• Operate vehicles and equipment such as trucks, tractors, tree spades, hydroseeders, and mowers.
• Perform lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, fertilizing, pest control, and irrigation.
• Plant and maintain flowers, trees, and shrubs, including pruning, feeding, and spraying as needed.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous landscaping or construction experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience operating light construction or landscape equipment is a plus.

Special Requirements:

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Capable of working independently and within a team.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment operation and maintenance.
• Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks in various outdoor conditions.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Additional Desired Characteristics:

• Experience in irrigation systems or horticulture.
• Familiarity with regional landscaping practices and materials.
• OSHA or safety certification preferred.

Work Environment:

• Work is performed outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move heavy materials and equipment.
• Occasional regional travel may be required based on project needs.

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
