Temporary Receptionist
Job Summary:
Seeking a professional and welcoming Temporary Receptionist to support its Miami, Florida office. This position will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and performing general front desk duties. The role is expected to last a minimum of one month, with the possibility of extending up to three months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and organized.
- Handle mail distribution, deliveries, and courier services.
- Assist with scheduling and maintaining the office calendar.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred.
- Law firm experience in a plus
Special Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
