About the job
The Human Resources Group is looking for a Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving successful outcomes across various HR programs.
As a Project Manager, you will:
Project Planning and Scheduling
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
Ensure project objectives align with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
Team Coordination and Communication
Risk and Issue Management
Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication of roles, responsibilities, and deadlines.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders, team members, and upper management, providing regular updates on project progress.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Address and resolve project challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to the overall timeline and deliverables.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Track project performance using appropriate tools and metrics to ensure it stays on schedule and within budget.
Prepare and present status reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and areas requiring attention.
- Ensure all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organization’s secure software development goals.
Required Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in project management.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Participation in Apex Military Program
- Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
