As a member of the Global Logistics CVO (Company Vehicle Operations) Team, the Vehicle Coordinator is responsible for assigning and disposing of company-owned vehicles to ensure the appropriate flow of inventory based on the currently provided parameters set by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) client.
Salary Overview:The pay rate for this role starts at $18 per hour based on experience.
Hours:
The hours for this role are Monday through Friday 7 am to 4 pm.
Vehicle Coordinator Responsibilities include:
Update company systems.
Assign vehicle swaps to executives.
Perform vehicle exchanges with executives.
Communicate with executives via phone, email, and in person.
Process systems and paperwork for vehicles for disposal.
Problem-solving and assisting with driver inquiries.
Move and stage assigned vehicles.
Conduct fleet tab renewals.
Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.
Vehicle Coordinator Qualifications and Skills:
A high school diploma/GED.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (required).
1 year of previous customer service experience.
Base PC skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft Suite Office products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical/problem-solving ability.
Excellent organizational skills yet flexible to accomplish objectives that are often subject to change.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and direction.
Must have superior attendance, and be prompt and reliable.
