The Opportunity:

SASR Workforce Solutions is seeking dedicated and dependable individuals to join our nationwide team of traveling merchandisers for a cosmetics reset project. As part of this project, teams will travel from store to store within a specific market, executing work on a 4-to-7-week schedule (which may vary depending on the market). This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects while exploring new locations.

Flexible Schedule: 5-day workweek with Wednesday or Saturday start dates
Day Shift: 8am – 5pm with 9 days off between work weeks
Competitive Pay:
Merchandisers: $18/hr.
Team Leads: $20/hr.

What You’ll Do

• Frequent travel required, including distances of 400 miles
• Work predominantly within the greater metropolitan area.
• Monday – Friday Day shift work.
• Route-based travel with a designated 4-person team to complete cosmetics resets.
• Execution of cosmetics counter resets including but not limited to: Product merchandising, tagging, stickering, fixture and display moves.
• Occasionally ascend and descend ladders.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
• Show up each day with understanding and patience: no list can be comprehensive and sometimes, duties can change as needed, with or without notice.

What You’ll Need:

• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Must be able to stand 8 hours on concrete floors
• Frequently lift merchandise, fixtures, etc. up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to understand directions given verbally and adapt to changing environments.
• Retail merchandising/setting/stocking experience preferred.
• Ability to read and set planograms preferred.
• Understand and work within SASR’s and the client’s company policies and procedures.
