SASS is a BK-based confectionery making premium infused chocolates that are designed to delight the senses. Queer owned and queer led. We are a team of passionate cannabis and culinary experts creating luxurious bonbons and breakaway bars that are handcrafted by artisans at NY’s oldest family-run chocolate factory. Our expertly dosed fine chocolates are vegan, gluten-free, made exclusively with the freshest ingredients, and infused with locally sourced botanicals.

You will be instrumental in driving our online marketing efforts and enhancing our brand presence across various digital platforms. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will utilize your core skills in digital marketing and analytics to develop and project manage effective campaigns.
Requirements:
- Social media marketing experience (2 years minimum)
- Highly proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace Suite
- Experience in using social media management software solutions (Buffer) and web analytics (Google Analytics)
- Working knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Canva and other editing tools
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Solid editing
- presentation skills
- Creative and innovative
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields (or 4 years job experience in the field)
WOULD BE A PLUS
- Google Ad experience
- Email marketing experience
Responsibilities:
Role will strategize, project manage content creation, review, and publish content based on customer feedback and competitive research on industry trends and popular culture. You will be expected to maintain established marketing guidelines to ensure an accurate online representation of the company. Success in this role will be demonstrated by generating relevant and engaging social media posts to expand brand awareness, internet traffic, and sales. Including, but not limited to:
- Tracks key metrics such as audience engagement, impressions, reach, referrals, and conversions
- Schedules social media posts and monitors relevant news and content
- Creates strategy for social media that aligns with company goals and objectives
- Creates strategy for email/text marketing, press releases, newsletters, blogs, and other content
- Project manager for marketing team/freelancers for execution of content creation
- Creates infographics and other appealing visuals
- Maintains awareness with the latest social media platform developments
- Creates and manages lead generation ads across different platforms
- Manage captured media on Google Drive
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
