Job Summary:
We are seeking multiple Pizza Cooks to join our team. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious pizzas according to our recipes and customer preferences. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to our success. We are willing to train the right person.
Duties:
- Prepare pizza dough by kneading, stretching, and shaping it
- Add toppings and ingredients to create flavorful pizzas
- Operate pizza ovens and monitor cooking times to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to maintain consistency in taste and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients
- Adhere to food safety standards and guidelines to ensure the highest level of sanitation
Requirements:
- A leader with passion for good food
- Willingness to share our passion for food with guests
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils used in pizza preparation
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
