Satchworks Auto Repair in Port Hadlock Washington is seeking to hire an office assistant/ service advisor to add to our team. We are a very busy auto repair facility with an immediate need for additional staff.
Enjoy weekends off and an 8-5 Monday thru Friday schedule. Paid holidays, vacation and fully paid medical dental and vision insurance. Pay is hourly with the opportunity to earn incentives based on sales. Pay scale is based off of experience and is negotiable. No experience necessary as long as the personality and work ethic is what we are looking for. Great customer service skills are a must. We offer industry specific training and coaching tailored to your experience level.
Job duties include:

Job duties include:
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, cashiering.
- Appointment reminder calls/ texts, follow up calls and texts.
- Learning and using shop management software/ point of sales systems.
- Helping manage inventory of parts/ supplies.
- Filing and organizing paper work, invoices and receipts.

- Candidate will be working side by side with an experienced service advisor who is ready to help train and build the skills that are needed to be successful.
Candidate must be able to work 8-5 Monday thru Friday. Must have good customer service skills and ability to maintain a clean and organized work space.
