Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Architect to design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance business operations and decision-making processes. This role requires deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and AI model architecture, particularly in the generative AI space. The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to create scalable and efficient AI solutions while ensuring best practices in AI ethics, security, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Generative AI architectures using LLMs (Large Language Models), Diffusion Models, GANs, VAEs, and Transformers.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI-driven capabilities into existing systems.
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency in cloud and on-prem environments.
- Lead the selection and implementation of AI tools, frameworks, and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI).
- Ensure AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI practices in line with industry standards.
- Work with business stakeholders to define AI use cases and align solutions with business needs.
- Conduct R&D on emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
- Mentor and guide teams in AI best practices and engineering excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 3 years in Generative AI.
- Strong expertise in LLMs, NLP, and deep learning frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Knowledge of MLOps, AI model optimization, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with multi-modal AI models (text, image, audio).
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code AI platforms.
- Prior experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments.
