Position Summary:
Administrative Assistant: Provide daily administrative and clerical duties for the Credit and Collections team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative Assistant:
- Able to work in customer portals to upload invoices
- Assist with compiling information and mailing customer refunds
- Prepare invoices for delivery via US Mail or email according to the customer’s requests
- Complete lien waivers on a requested basis
- Researches customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with the assistance of the Collections Manager and other staff.
- Investigate returned mail to determine the correct address for mailing of invoices/correspondence through minimal phone calling, google searching, etc
- Working branch aging report by emailing past due invoices
- Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable
- Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:
- This position requires 2 year of administrative assistant experience
- Shown ability to collaborate with other team members to accomplish tasks
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
- Thoroughness and strong detail oriented
- Self-Driven

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (excel, bank portals)
