- Perform thorough inspections of products, identifying any defects or issues
- Utilize various testing equipment and tools to conduct functional and performance tests
- Verify that products comply with industry standards and regulations
- Document and report any non-conformities or defects detected during inspections
- Ensure that all products meet the established quality criteria before delivery
- Collaborate with the quality control team to develop and implement inspection protocols
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in quality assurance
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, including findings, test results, and recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions taken
- Communicate effectively with production and quality control teams to address any issues
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inspections
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in quality assurance or inspection roles is preferred
- Familiarity with industry-specific standards and regulations
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
