Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet production demands.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and adherence to safety protocols.
- Oversee the lamination process, ensuring that it adheres to prescribed specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor production output and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the lamination process.
- Ensure that all the lamination equipment is properly maintained and functions optimally.
- Implement quality assurance protocols and procedures to maintain high production standards.
- Collaborate with the quality control department to address any product defects or issues.
- Work closely with other departments, such as production planning, supply chain, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding production status, challenges, and achievements.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss production goals, performance metrics, and process improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Hands-on experience with lamination machinery and processes is highly desirable.
