A Lamination Manager is responsible for overseeing the lamination process in manufacturing settings, ensuring that products meet specified quality standards. This role involves managing a team of operators, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with other departments to optimize production efficiency. A Lamination Manager plays a vital role in the production process, ensuring the efficient and high-quality lamination of products. Duties / Responsibilities :

• Coordinate work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet production demands.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and adherence to safety protocols.
• Oversee the lamination process, ensuring that it adheres to prescribed specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor production output and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the lamination process.
• Ensure that all the lamination equipment is properly maintained and functions optimally.
• Implement quality assurance protocols and procedures to maintain high production standards.
• Collaborate with the quality control department to address any product defects or issues.
• Work closely with other departments, such as production planning, supply chain, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding production status, challenges, and achievements.
• Participate in regular meetings to discuss production goals, performance metrics, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the lamination department.
