• Starting Pay: $17/hr guaranteed for your first year!

• Schedule:

  • Primary: Monday–Thursday (4x10s = 3-day weekends!)

  • Friday available if project requires

  • Minimal evenings/weekends

• Cross-Training Provided: Get certified in both low voltage and satellite field tech work for maximum job stability and variety

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely install and terminate: Category cables, coax, fiber, security, fire, lighting, etc.

• Maintain a professional appearance

• Communicate effectively with team members and team lead

• Install conduit in commercial environments

• Maintain detailed records and inventory

• Travel up to 50% (Mon–Fri, with advance notice)

• Comfortable lifting 80 lbs., working on ladders, and lifts

• Willingness to travel with 7-day notice and work flexible hours when needed.

• Maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and pass background check & drug screening
