Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests.
- Assist in managing front desk, including answering phones and performing clerical duties as needed.
- Proofread documents and communications for accuracy before distribution.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or office management roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient computer literacy; familiarity with Excel, Microsoft and Word.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently while managing multiple tasks.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer support.
- Previous experience as a clerk or in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
