RN, Intensive Care Unit Telemetry

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit Telemetry Float team. In this role, you will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative team. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care by assessing and identifying nursing diagnoses, implementing treatment plans, and monitoring outcomes
• Advocate for ethical, holistic patient care while respecting their dignity and rights
• Foster learning among patients, families, and colleagues, supporting both formal and informal education
• Incorporate evidence-based practices and safety standards into patient care, driving improved outcomes
• Engage in professional development and model leadership within the practice setting and the wider community
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active Washington State Registered Nurse License upon hire
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association upon hire
• Completion of NIH Stroke Scale Training Certificate within 90 days of hire
• At least 1 year of ICU Telemetry nursing experience

Salary: $80,000 to $151,000

Bonus: $20,000 Hiring Bonus
