• 36 hours per week, 12-hour, Variable Shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver patient-centered, whole-person care to those in the surgical unit.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support recovery and healing.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (required upon hire).
Experience Requirements
• RN Resident (New Graduate): No more than 12 months of experience since licensure.
• Acute Care RN: At least 1 year of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
Preferred Qualifications
• National Certification in a surgical or related specialty.
