About the Role:
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide ketamine infusions, vitamin infusions, and medical cannabis consultations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about holistic wellness and committed to helping patients improve their quality of life through innovative and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer ketamine infusions in a controlled, therapeutic setting.
- Provide vitamin IV infusions tailored to patient needs.
-Conduct consultations for medical cannabis cards to support qualifying patients.
- Foster a calm, welcoming atmosphere for patients seeking relief and healing.
- Work collaboratively in a low-stress, supportive clinic environment.

Qualifications:
- Licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) in Utah.
- Must have or be willing to obtain QMP certification for medical cannabis evaluations.
