We are seeking a Superintendent to join our team and lead on-site construction operations in Indiana. This role requires someone with strong leadership abilities, attention to detail, and experience building industrial projects from the ground up.

What you will be doing:
- New Construction Projects in Indiana.
- Leading the Project From Start to Finish.
- Oversee the site team, subcontractors, and laborers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Resolve site-level issues like material delays or workforce coordination.
- Resolve construction challenges.
- Working With the Project Management Team to Ensure Project Performs & Meets Deadlines, Costs, etc.
- Communicate daily progress with the project manager.
- Plan Interpretation: Accurately interpret plans and guide subcontractors to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
As the Superintendent, you'll be a vital part of our construction team, collaborating closely with the Project Manager to ensure the flawless execution of construction projects. Your role will involve on-site coordination, managing field staff, interpreting plans, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
Qualifications
- 3 Years Superintendent Experience
- 5 years Construction Experience
- Commercial/industrial Construction Experience
- Valid Drivers License
Our Preferred Candidate:
- Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in construction management or a related field.
- Experience: 4 years of experience in industrial construction management.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost accounting.
- Attributes: Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills;
- Procore experience is a plus.
