Budtender

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Budtender. The Budtender will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product recommendations, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for cannabis, and a commitment to delivering exception service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Great and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

· Answer questions, provide product information, and offer recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.

· Effectively communicate product features and benefits to drive sales.

· Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.

· Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.

· Stay informed about the latest cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.

· Educate customers about different products, including flower, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.

· Adhere to all state regulations governing the sale of cannabis products.

· Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.

· Keep the retail space clean, organized, and stocked.

· Assist with restocking shelves, inventory management, and product displays.

Skills & Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.

· Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.

· Must be 21 years of age or older.

· Ability to pass a comprehensive background check as mandated by the Cannabis Control Board.

Job Type: Part-time
