SUMMARY
The database coordinator will be responsible for the collection, production and maintenance of reports, databases and documents within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry, maintenance, and retrieval
- Modify and maintain database applications
- Generate reports
- Conduct database audits to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure optimal use of database functionality
- Preparing data from software's
- Creating workflow using data from the database
- Responsible with backup recovery solutions
SOFTWARE AND SKILLS
- Proven experience in database administration with a strong understanding of relational databases.
- Proficiency in Viewpoint Vista
- Experience with Crystal Reports
- Proficiency with SQL
- Deep understanding of Excel using pivot tables and data tables
- PowerBI
- Vista Modules: HR, Payroll, UD, VA, WF
- ODBC
- Construction Industry is a plus
