The role you will play:
- Display initiative, willingness to learn, and have a basic understanding of construction principles and processes
- Safety Planning and Performance: actively engage in the SOS Program
- Actively participate in the S&P Quality Control Program
- Assist Project Team to achieve project milestones through daily tasks and assignments including, but not limited to, reviewing RFI’s, drawings/As Builts, document control, safety walks, observations & punch lists, and other duties as needed and assigned
- Attend meetings with project/department group (Superintendents, Project Managers, Estimators, and/or BIM, etc.) to learn more about Construction Management
- Carry out a myriad of basic field duties on the job site or within the department through hands-on training
- Attend intern trainings from construction Subject Matter Experts on estimating, scheduling, VDC, drone technology, project management, and field management
- Other duties as needed and assigned

Preferred: Currently pursuing their B.A. or B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture, or equivalent experience.
