The role you will play:
- Support the project team with monthly pay applications and invoices as assigned
- Ensure standard operating procedure (SOP) is followed regarding Subcontractor and Vendor certificates of insurance (COI) and bonds
- Aid Corporate Accounting to ensure essential guidelines are followed regarding monthly pay applications, lien releases, invoices, joint check agreements and other duties as needed
- Assist Corporate Accounting with communication and distribution of Subcontractor payments
- Assist the project team with entering data into project management programs and systems
- Manage the office functions at jobsite offices, including, but not limited to miscellaneous typing, copying, filing, meeting attendance and minutes tracking, and distribution of documentation for project team
- Actively participate in the onboarding and training of new team members on the project
- In addition to the above outlined tasks, Project Administrator may assist with the following project process and procedures as assigned or required by the type of project: RFI’s, punch lists, submittals, closeout, payroll efforts and compliance, and as-builts

Required: High School Diploma or GED.
Strongly preferred: Three (3 ) years of experience in handling the duties listed above (or similar); Experience with ViewPoint; Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook); Proven abilities in problem solving, multi-tasking, and organization; Excellent written and oral communication skills.
