Due to Satterfield & Pontikes’ continued growth and expansion, we are adding an experienced Senior Project Manager to our Prolego team in Houston, TX. Prolego is Satterfied & Pontikes' Construction Management division. This position will specifically focus on K-12 clients in the greater Houston area.

Requirements:
- B.A. or B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture.
- 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager on education projects over $50 mil.
The role you will play:
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers and general contractors
- Promote and ensure compliance with company safety policies and programs
- Review, monitor, and coordinate all approvals of shop drawings and submittals
- Create schedules of values and receive billing approval from the architect/owner
- Team with the onsite Superintendent to guarantee contract conformance
- Prepare the project budget, change orders, and manage cost control budget adjustments
- Formulate and monitor all required reports and logs
- Schedule and attend all project meetings and final walk throughs
- Regular worksite attendance
- Other duties as assigned
