What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Driver position at Saturna Capital?
Saturna Capital is seeking a Corporate Driver who will be involved in transporting staff and clients safely, maintaining strict confidentiality. The qualified applicant will be able to problem-solve and work independently.
Location: Bellingham, WA – on site
Compensation: $25.00-$30.00 per hour - eligible for overtime after 20 hours/week (All hours worked over 20 each week will be paid at time and a half or $37.50 per hour) Hours each week are not guaranteed.
Primary duties include:
- Transport executives and clients to and from meetings, events, and other locations
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations; no texting, handsfree use of cell phone only
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage and other items
- Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers
- Provide custodial and/or light facilities support duties during non-driving times
Requirements:
- Prior professional driving experience
- Mechanical ability to troubleshoot basic automotive issues
- Candidates must successfully complete pre-employment requirements such as a background and credit check, drug screening (including marijuana) and reference check.
- Non-disclosure agreement required
- Ability to be on call 7 days a week, flexibility in scheduling required
