Job Posting: IAS Relationship Manager
The Investment Advisory Services (IAS) Relationship Manager will report to the Vice President of Wealth Management. As a Relationship Manager for IAS, your primary responsibility is to oversee a book of clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and strategically growing their wallet share within the company. This role demands a combination of financial acumen, interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of client needs in the wealth management sector.
Location: Bellingham, WA (onsite/Hybrid)
Hiring Range: $90,000 – 108,000
(Full Wage Range: $90,000 – 128,000)
Primary duties include:
- Managing a book of affluent and high-net-worth clients, providing comprehensive wealth management solutions
- Proactively identifies opportunities to deepen and grow clients' assets under management through cross-selling and referrals; this includes calling on current clients $1MM in funds not IMA and/or no financial plans done.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests along with other team members.
- Conducting regular client performance reviews with team members, and as necessary with PMs, to address clients’ evolving needs and objectives
- Staying abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to provide informed advice to clients

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from a related field of study, Master’s or MBA preferred
- Series 7, 63, and 65 or equivalent licenses required
- CFP Charter Holder preferred or other related certifications
- Strong customer service background with prior experience in sales
- Knowledge of financial products and personal finance
