Job Details
- 10-12 years of SAP business process knowledge and business process blueprinting experience working with utility service processes.
- SME knowledge in SAP Utilities sub-modules (e.g., DM/Billing/Invoicing/FICA/CS/WM).
- Should be very comfortable with the configurations of ISU Billing/Invoicing, FICA, DM, and CS modules
- Should have working experience in regulatory projects related to Gas & electric service
- Should be conversant in the SAP S/4HANA for Utilities and roadmap.
- Understanding/defining client requirements & providing the right solution design.
- Perform a fit gap analysis on the existing solution.
- Effort estimation for large and complex utility solutions
- Good presentation skills, including the ability to clearly articulate complex solutions to the client.
- The candidate must have strong communication skills, the ability to communicate and influence at all levels, and proven leadership skills.
