Position Summary
As a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Systems Analyst in IT Infrastructure, this position is responsible for leading complex business and systems analysis, configuration, testing, implementation, and on-going management of key IT initiatives. Initiatives include the assessment and management of projects for the entire Enterprise, this may include both vendor-supported and custom applications. The position may also work on IT projects associated with operational and administrative functions. Interacts with all levels of IT management and staff and will work with a high degree of independence and decision-making. Leads the business and systems analysis and testing aspects of projects, working with cross functional teams, and Subject Matter Experts throughout the delivery process. This includes all aspects of system implementation from requirements gathering, analysis and design, configuration, and testing, through deployment and support. Highly effective analytical and communication skills to diverse audiences is essential. Senior IAM Systems Analyst has a high degree of knowledge in the overall identity and access management field and recognized expertise in specific areas. Problem solving frequently requires analysis of unique issues / problems without precedent and / or structure. Leads resolution of highly complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contributes to new and innovative workflows to improve operational efficiencies. May manage programs that include formulating strategies and administering policies, processes, and resources. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams. This role supports the overall work of the IAM team and assists in fostering an inclusive environment under the direction of the IAM Manager.
Experience Required Qualifications
· Min 8 years of relevant work experience in Information Technology.
Preferred Qualifications
· Min 4 years of experience with Identity and Access Management applications.
