We are seeking a versatile individual to join our team as a Signage Designer & Receptionist. This role combines the creative aspect of sign design with the essential task of managing incoming calls and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities :
Sign Design :
Designing signage solutions for clients, including but not limited to : outdoor signs, banners, vehicle wraps, and interior signage.
Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Creating visually appealing and effective designs that meet client specifications and adhere to branding guidelines.
Utilizing design software and tools to produce high-quality graphics and layouts.
Receptionist Duties :
Answering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Directing calls to the appropriate person.
Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person.
Requirements :
Proven experience in graphic design.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in graphic design or related field are advantageous.
