What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Services Assistant, Middle School position at SAU 12, Londonderry?
- 5 hours a day
- Monday-Friday
- Food preparation as directed by Kitchen Manager
- Operates food service equipment in a safety manner and within sanitation guidelines
- Performs all duties requested relating to specific food service jobs listed below:
- Cooks, cashiers, servers, and dishwashers
- Rotate through cook, cashier, server, and dishwasher positions as directed by the Kitchen Manager or Supervisor.
- Serves students and staff in a consistent and pleasant manner
- Maintains the highest possible standards of sanitation
- Demonstrates positive work habits by showing initiative, cooperation, dependability, efficiency, and productivity
- Performs in a professional manner when interacting with students, parents, faculty, administration, and co-workers
- Follows the guidelines of confidentiality as established by the school district
- Attends and participates in relevant training sessions, meetings and professional growth activities as requested and/or required
- Must complete a sanitation program, as chosen by the school district, within one month of employment
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
