SUPERVISOR Director of Student Services
POSITION GOAL
Provide applied behavior analytic services and supports for students, teachers and service providers to facilitate skill acquisition and development of academic skills, daily living skills, self-management, social awareness and relationships, self-awareness, and problem-solving skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Master’s degree in related field
Certification: NH Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required; Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Certification or willingness to become certified
Experience: One to three years related work preferred
Criminal Record Check: Required per NH RSA 189: 13-a
Pre-Employment Medical Exam: Required per NH RSA 200:36 and 275:3
EVALUATION
Performance of position responsibilities will be evaluated annually in accordance with the approved administrative procedure for staff evaluations
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrate aptitude for successful fulfillment of assigned performance
- Specialized training with individuals with special needs
- Such alternate to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable

GENERAL RESPONSIBILTIES
- Conduct assessments as needed for development of behavior plans, and services including but not limited to functional behavior assessments, school functioning assessments, and/or for IEP development.
- Develop Positive Behavior Plans/Skill Acquisition Plans and train staff for the implementation of the plan.
- Develop and maintain data collection systems.
- Develop and provide ongoing trainings for staff within the scope of behavior analysis
- Consultation to special programs regarding discrete trial instruction, content related information, and social emotional learning.
- Collaborate with providers and teams to assess and develop programs and skill acquisition through ABA practices.
- Provide modeling and ongoing training for support staff to implement protocols and intervene with students based on needs.
Coordinate the team process for implementation, data review, adjusting plans, and progress monitoring. 2024-2025 School Year
- Provide modeling and training for crisis prevention and de-escalation and participate with teams in debriefing crisis interventions.

SCHEDULE: 186 days per year (follows the school year schedule, with the summer off)
PAY: Commensurate with experience
