School Administrative Unit #23 in North Haverhill, NH is seeking a full-time School Psychologist for the remaining 2024-2025 school year.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Serves as a child advocate, promoting the educational, social, and emotional growth of students and maintaining a positive attitude when working with them.
- Makes recommendations based on psychological findings to address the educational/psychological needs of students.
- Administers and scores cognitive, academic, and social-emotional evaluations.
- Participates in IEP meetings and team meetings, and reviews test results with parents as needed.
- Shares in the responsibility of reviewing incoming students' records to ensure compliance.
- Prepares and submits reports as requested by the Principal or the Director of Special Education.
