THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS EXPERIENCE IN BUILDING MAINTENANCE, BUILDING CONSTRUCTION, ELECTRIC AND PLUMBING WORK, AND THE ABILITY TO SUPERVISE AND MANAGE CUSTODIAL STAFF. THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE STRONG ORGANIZATION, INTERPERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND POSSESS A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.
