JOB DESCRIPTION
FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST/HR ASSISTANT
Primary Responsibility: To answer all incoming calls in a professional and responsible manner. Assuring at all times those calls are directed to the person who is the best equipped to assist. Proper description of the caller is a must, and in some cases the purpose for the call is explained. Greeting people at the door is also a very important function, as this is the first impression given by this office. This role will be responsible for ordering office supplies, facilitating office mail, coordinating substitutes across the SAU, updating fingerprinting results, and supporting the multiple departments in the central office (payroll, HR, exceptional services, business office and the superintendents). Other tasks may be assigned as needed.
