Position Summary:
The Finish Room Associate I will have various tasks and responsibilities in the finishing department including:
Manually apply finish and stain
Prep and inspect parts
Hang and Remove parts from the line
Quality inspection
Sanding wood parts
Sealer sanding
Position Requirements:
Lift over head up to 50lbs.
Regular lifting, maneuvering and positioning of product up to 50 lbs.
Must be detail-oriented
Requires full shift of standing, walking, bending and lifting
Able to read, write and follow instructions, both written and verbal
Able to use hand held power tools with accuracy and precision
Ensures a safe working environment by conforming to all safety guidelines including, but not limited to, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Experience and Knowledge Required:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous painting, staining, spraying experience preferred
Ability to wear and use respiratory
