What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associate position at Sauder Family Companies?

1st shift starts at $15.50 or $16.50/hour and 2nd & 3rd shifts have a $2 shift premium. We also offer two performance-based increases in the first year—earn up to $20/hour in year one.
EXPERIENCE:
No experience necessary, we will train you!
Forklift or prior operator experience is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Run and monitor production in order to produce quality product in a safe and efficient manner.
Perform computer interactions and maintain records and documentation.
Maintain area according to 5S policy.
Other duties as assigned
