BUTLER Human Services offers a wide range of furnishing for Human Service organizations such as developmentally disable programs (I/DD), Supportive Housing, Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse facilities, Emergency Shelters and Fire Stations. We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to represent our Company, products and Services in Northwestern States. (Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana & Alaska)
Career Opportunity: Outside Sales Representative to maintain, develop and grow Customer set and Market share. Generate profitable revenue by developing existing customer base and expanding market potential through prospecting, building relationships, lead generation, qualification, closing sales, recommending new products and services.
Regional Sales Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)
Pursuing and developing sales of company products and services so that the growth, market position and profit goals for the territory are met.
Researching online sales potential and prospects in all sub-markets.
Initiating sales process by phone calls, emails, scheduling appointments, trade shows, making initial presentations.
Developing a deep understanding of account requirements, decision process, and sale cycle.
Building and developing long term relationships with accounts and expand sales in Accounts.
Closing sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities, overcoming objections; preparing quotes, completing orders and scheduling delivery.
Completing the sale, through delivery and installation, and follow up.
Expanding sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services.
Contributing information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products/Customer reactions.
Develop long range planning of the territory via a written business plan to ensure future sales objectives and the continuity of territorial development.
Be knowledgeable on Competitive positioning and proactively share insight.
Ensure the highest level of Customer Service is consistently provided by effectively communicating and coordinating the activities before, during and after the sale.

Must be centrally located to develop the entire State.
Experience and Knowledge Required/preferred:
Bachelor’s degree is required.
5 years of successful sales experience
Territory management experience
Preferred experience in the Human Services Market
Maintain adequate transportation to facilitate moving samples and materials
Familiar with using Microsoft office software
