Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance operations at the complex. This includes planning, scheduling, and executing preventative and corrective maintenance programs, supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all building systems and equipment.
Hours are generally Monday thru Friday 7 : 00am to 4 : 00pm, but the Supervisor is responsible for all shifts and will require flexibility when needed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and Implement Maintenance Programs :
Create and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all facility equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
Train, supervise, and evaluate maintenance technicians.
Track maintenance costs and identify areas for cost optimization.
Conduct regular inspections of the facility and equipment to identify potential issues and necessary repairs.
Maintain detailed maintenance records and generate reports on maintenance activities.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve maintenance processes, such as new technologies or efficiency enhancements.
