750.00 SIGN ON BONUS plus 75.00 WEEKLY INCENTIVE
This position is responsible for performing experimental trials on or prior to the peeling and processing of hard boiled eggs. It requires coordination & collaboration with Production and the Quality team. Primarily working in a cold environment, the Associate is required to ensure compliance with all RW Sauder Hard-Boiled Egg Food Safety and Environmental programs. The Associate will also assist the Quality Technicians as a backup when not performing trial duties.
Schedule
Monday thru Friday
2:15pm to 11:00pm or work is completed.
The Peeling Project Operator will perform the following tasks and submit the data as trained by the supervisor.
- Egg testing and data reporting on a daily and weekly basis.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Production, Receiving, Maintenance, and Shipping teams to streamline the project.
- Consistently replicate trials based on guidance from Management.
- Communicate and coordinate the challenges with Plant Mgr to ensure success.
- Serve as a support/backup to the shift quality technician on days when trials/measurements are not needed.
- Perform quality checks in production rooms.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Comply with all GMP, Food Safety and Operational SOPs.
- Ablity to work at flexible times based on what tests are needed.
- Ablity to work in a cold environment(45-55 degrees) with all PPE.
- Should be able to lift 30-50 pounds as needed.
- Computer literate on excel, word and basic computer operations.
- Experience in food safety and quality programs preferred.
