Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient production of mustard and ketchup products. Duties include safely pulling samples, operating pumps to move product, coordinating system cleaning, loading/unloading trucks and railcars, and training others on processing equipment. Additionally, directing processors in daily operations and leading continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Properly and safely pull samples.
Pump product to totes, move products to cookers and enable and disable lines.
Produce mustard and ketchup efficiently.
Coordinate system cleaning.
Load and unload trucks and railcars.
Train others on processing equipment at company standards.
Direct processors in area.
Lead continuous improvement projects.
What We Are Looking For: Characteristics, skills, experience, education and performance history needed for success in the position:
High school diploma or equivalent required (GED)
Must be detail orientated.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team-oriented, collaborative, and flexible
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work and thrive under time constraints and juggle/prioritize responsibilities.
