Overall Goal of Position:Perform various tasks and responsibilities of operating food production equipment and/or packaging finished product into final configuration, and help make OurRecipe@SauerBrands.Job Summary:Primary focus is to ensure the efficient processing of quality products so they are available to excite and delight our customers. Position reports to the Production Manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
General Operations
Loads empty jars onto conveyor for the jar line(s)
Dispenses blends, spices & raw material into jars, through use of a fill station, hand fill or other designated filling machine(s)
Packs product into tins, jars, packets and/or other various vessels and then into Master cases, CDU's, variety packs and shippers
Works at different work stations as production needs require
Operates basic production equipment such as pallet jacks, tape machines & weight scales
Performs job to established safe food quality levels
Adheres to safety standards and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Culture Building
Provides guidance to new employees and “models the way”Supports plant management in other actions and programs necessary for developing the desired company culture
