Sauers Lopez Construction, Inc. is a privately owned general contracting firm located in Southern California. We specialize in the new construction and remodel of automobile dealerships. Since our founding in 1974, we have completed over 500 projects in Southern California. The firm’s personnel are highly qualified construction professionals. Our project managers have an average of twenty years experience in providing competitive pricing, professional services and quality workmanship. JOB DESCRIPTION

Oversee all functions of project construction
Hold meetings with subcontractors
Create and maintain project schedule
Managing daily activities of subcontractors
Handling inspections for projects
Maintain a safe, clean and compliant job site
Ensure compliance with all State and Federal regulations

Requirements : QUALIFICATIONS

5 years’ experience as commercial construction superintendent

Must be familiar with construction means, methods, and terminology

Must be able to read and understand plans and specifications

Preferred experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and Procore

Must have a valid Drivers’ License

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage in a fast-paced environment

Dependable and self motivated
