Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Beverage Cart Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while serving a variety of beverages/snacks to members. You will work in a dynamic environment, ensuring that all members have a pleasant experience while on the course. This position requires a professional attitude who excels in a fast paced work setting.
Responsibilities
- Serve a variety of beverages (acholic/non-acholic)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart.
- Engage with members to provide excellent service.
- Process transactions accurately using POS system.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or food service is preferred.
- Previous experience driving a beverage cart for a country club is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and be outside.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
